




Ed Kopko is an experienced leader in the innovation, design and services industry. During his career he has been responsible for the successful delivery of over $6 billion of client assignments across all the industries that Mercury Z supports. For 23 years, Ed served as Chairman and CEO of Butler International as well as its subsidiaries including Butler Aviation. While at Butler, Ed was responsible for award winning services that delivered clients services in over 40 countries and resulted in long term client longevity. His expertise cuts across all dimensions of successful client delivery. Ed has led the mobilization of teams into the thousands and the utilization of innovative applications of technology and finance for leading companies like Sikorsky, Boeing, AT&T, Caterpillar and Verizon. A past industry association President, Ed also served as CEO and Publisher of Chief Executive Magazine and has written extensively on business matters. He has also hosted numerous Chief Executive Roundtables and Summits that have brought cutting edge thinking on topics such as technology, logistics and innovation to CEO's worldwide. Kopko holds M.A. in Economics from Columbia University. Ed's writings have appeared in numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Detroit Free Press and Chief Executive Magazine. George Georgiou has a 25-year track record of leading professional and customer centric organizations. A communications industry expert, George has served the industry his entire career. Prior to joining Mercury Z, he was Senior Vice President at Butler International where he had global responsibility for the Communications Industry Group. He is fully responsible for sales and delivery of a wide range of technical and professional services to large communications clients. These services include: software solutions (SaaS), onshore / offshore application development, consulting, engineering, staffing, installation and maintenance as well as alternate channel sales / marketing.
He has previously held senior management positions at Sprint, Harris Corporation and 2Wire. He brings substantial insight to Mercury Z and its clients in all areas of communication technologies. George currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Make a Wish Georgia Alabama Chapter.

Bob is a seasoned 30 year veteran of the services business. His first applications of technology related solutions were as a programmer with the U.S. Coast Guard. Bob professional services career has included 17 years at Wang Laboratories and 10 years at Butler International. At Butler he was responsible for all client delivery and quality programs worldwide and supervised a professional workforce in excess of 2500. Bob brings his operational and client knowledge to Mercury Z in similar role as Sr. VP of client delivery.

Mike Strobo has 22 years of experience working with complex network designs for large enterprises. While serving in the USAF, Mike assisted with the development and deployment of the Defense Research and Engineering network (DREN), one of the first high-speed IP networks for the DOD. Afterwards, Mike worked for MCI (now Verizon) where he had growing responsibilities as an Engineer. In 1998 Mike was promoted to technologist. He was the executive technical support responsible for evaluating new technology for integration into Verizon services During this time, he designed and developed the global management infrastructure for managed worldwide accounts in a follow the sun architecture that has since been patented and continues to be used today. In addition, Mike developed multiple service offerings using new technologies that are now industry standard offering. As a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE), Mike was responsible for complex network designs for Bank of America, VISA, Phillip Morris, DOD, Siemens, Lowes, Dow Jones, and American Express to name a few. For 9 years, Mike worked for Butler International as a solutions architect responsible for developing customer solutions ranging from network designs to IP video surveillance. Mike brings extensive network and product development experience to the Mercury Z team and is responsible for all technical aspects of Mercury EyeZ and Z Net solutions.

Al Ruiz is Vice President of Sales for Mercury Z. Mr. Ruiz brings more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering technology solutions to businesses. He is responsible for the development of strategic partnerships and day to day relationship management of Mercury Z clients.
Before joining Mercury Z Mr. Ruiz has been a leader with several organizations with responsibilities ranging from Business to Business sales and Sales Management, and Channel Management. His responsibilities included assisting enterprise and global businesses with their global IT, communications, security and network requirements. Mr. Ruiz's background includes senior sales and marketing leadership roles with Verizon, MCI and a leader in the Co-location/Hosting space in a collaborative effort to make technology a strategic asset.

Anita Gonzalez is a seasoned executive who comes to Mercury Z after a 10 year tenure at Verizon Communications. She brings a history of significant accomplishment and management experience, particularly within Sales and Marketing. She works closely with Mercury Z clients in helping them accomplish their sales and marketing goals thru our exciting Z Factor service offerings.

In her last role with Verizon, Anita served as Executive Director over Sales & Marketing for Verizon's Southeast Region that consisted of a team of 600 employees and 200 contractors. The sales channels she led in this position included 2 inbound call centers, 1 out-bound-telemarketing center, 27 retail stores, 62 big box retail stores, 24 retail kiosks, consumer and business face-to-face teams, event teams, and online and employee-based channels delivering $321 million in revenue.

Lativia Ray-Alston is the Practice Leader for the Life Sciences Vertical for Mercury Z.

Ms. Ray-Alston brings 20 years of strong global commercialization experience to the practice. Her expertise in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry includes numerous positions of increasing responsibility in general management, sales, classical marketing, and operations management for domestic and global markets. She has held senior positions in four fortune 50 companies including Roche Labs, Bristol Myers Squibb, McKesson Corporation and Sanofi- Aventis. Specifically her roles include Vice President Internal Medicine, Vice President Marketing, Vice President Sales, Senior Vice President Corporate Marketing and CMO and Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing.

Lativia's career has spanned a broad range of activities such as product launch of over 15 new compounds, unique brand positioning, actively defending eight product patents, development of global strategic growth and expansion strategies, lifecycle management of mature compounds, lobbyist, and extensive corporate branding initiatives that have led to total re design of company and customer value propositions. Additionally, Ms Ray-Alston has extensive expertise in building internal infrastructure to meet commercialization demands in turn-arounds and consolidations.

Ms Ray-Alston holds business degrees from Stillman College and Fairleigh-Dickenson University.

During a long and successful sales management career spanning 15 years, Tara Carter has developed several key direct sales training techniques that she brings to Mercury Z clients. She utilizes her skills, in strategic planning, direct sales and marketing, to execute top performance for a wide range of products and services through client's direct sales channels.

She has perfected her sales strategy in many industries such as retail, door-to-door, business to consumer events, virtual sales, telecommunications, and call center management. Carter spearheaded many direct sales door-to-door program launches for large companies across the US. She has a stellar track record in building, recruiting, training, developing, and managing as well promoting top direct sales leaders across the nation.

Ms. Carter has implemented and deployed many successful programs for major clients including Bell South, SBC, Verizon Telecom, Verizon Wireless, T- Mobile, Sprint, Alltel, Nextel, AT&T, Cingular, Time Warner, Charter, Direct TV, Dish Network, ADT Security, Kirby Vacuums, North Carolina State Alumni Fund, Amway, Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers.

During the past three years of her career, she has led over 10 general managers, 15 sales managers, 600 direct sales representatives in over 110 cities across the nation delivering millions of dollars of revenue.
